Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been completed.

In-Store Pickup Orders

If you choose order pickup at our physical location:

  • You may request an exchange on the same day of pickup if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges must be processed before the end of the business day on which you picked up your order.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

After 1 Day – No Exceptions

Once 1 day has passed after pickup or delivery, all sales are final with no exchanges or refunds allowed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at [your customer service email/phone]. We will review the issue and provide an exchange or replacement if applicable.

Online Orders (Shipping)

For shipped orders, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damages or errors within 24 hours of receipt.
